About & booking
Who am I booking with?
You rent from GoGreenMatrix, a licensed rental platform (MOTAC 12506, MOF K98281871904291778) operating since 2018. I'm Faiz, an independent booking partner who helps you choose and book — I don't own the company or fleet.
How do I make a booking?
Message me on WhatsApp with your dates and preferred vehicle and I'll guide you, or browse the fleet and book directly on GoGreenMatrix. Either way I'm here to help.
Is GoGreenMatrix licensed?
Yes. GoGreenMatrix holds a MOTAC licence (12506) and an MOF licence (K98281871904291778).
Why book through you instead of direct?
You get one person to help you pick the right vehicle, answer questions honestly and sort out the details — at no extra cost to you. You still rent from the same licensed operator.
Vehicles & fleet
What types of vehicle can I rent?
Ten categories: motorcycles, hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, MPVs, vans, 4X4s, EVs, luxury cars and buses — 176 vehicles in total.
What's the cheapest option?
Motorcycles start from around RM50/day; the most economical cars (hatchbacks) start from around RM130/day. Rates vary by model and demand.
Do you have luxury or exotic cars?
Yes — the luxury range starts from around RM550/day and includes premium brands, up to exotics for special occasions. Message me for what's available on your dates.
Are electric vehicles (EVs) available?
Yes — EVs are available from around RM400/day, including popular models from Proton, BYD, Tesla and more.
Can I rent for a large group?
Yes — vans seat 10–18 and there's a 44-seater bus for bigger groups, both from a starting rate. Tell me your headcount and I'll suggest the best fit.
Services
Can I self-drive?
Yes — self-drive is the standard option across the fleet.
Do you offer a chauffeur (with driver)?
Yes — GoGreenMatrix offers a chauffeur service. Rates depend on vehicle, hours and route, so message me your plan for a quote.
Is long-term / monthly leasing available?
Yes — long-term leasing is available and quoted based on the vehicle and duration. See the Long-Term page or message me for a monthly quote.
Where you can drive
Which countries does GoGreenMatrix cover?
Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
Can I drive across states or into Singapore?
Interstate driving within Malaysia is common. For cross-border trips to Singapore or Brunei, please confirm the specific conditions with GoGreenMatrix before booking.
Do you serve KLIA / KLIA2?
GoGreenMatrix is based in Sepang, Selangor — the same district as KLIA and KLIA2. The exact pick-up point or airport delivery is arranged with GoGreenMatrix, so please confirm when booking (or ask me).

Insurance terms are set by GoGreenMatrix and can vary by vehicle and rental. Please confirm exactly what's covered with GoGreenMatrix before you drive.
Is there a minimum age or licence requirement?
Minimum age and driving-licence requirements are set by GoGreenMatrix and can vary by vehicle. Please confirm these with GoGreenMatrix before booking.
Pricing & payment
How much does it cost?
Rates start from around RM50/day for motorcycles and RM130/day for cars, up to premium and luxury vehicles. Prices are indicative and vary by model, date and demand — message me and I'll confirm the current rate.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially over holidays and long weekends when popular vehicles book out fast. Message me as soon as your dates are set.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Invoicing and receipts are handled by GoGreenMatrix and can vary by arrangement. Let me know if you need one for expenses and I'll help you confirm it.
